How Do I Qualify for a Loan?

What your lender will ask from you:

    • Social Security Card (both borrowers)
    • Copy of Driver's license (both borrowers)
    • Current pay stubs covering 60 days (showing YTD earnings, name and SS number)
    • Last 2 years of W-2s
    • If self-employed, your tax returns for the past two years
    • Transcript or Diploma (if you were a student in the last two years)
    • Award Letter & most recent check (if you receive SS, retirement or disability income)
    • 2 year Residence History (if renting, landlord’s name and phone number)
    • Bank statements for the past two months
    • Investment and/or retirement account statements for the past two months
    • Divorce Decree (if you pay/receive child support or alimony)
    • Credit card, auto loan and personal loan account information
    • Relocation Agreement if applicable
    • Bankruptcy and Discharge papers if applicable
    • VA loan - Original Certificate of Eligibility and DD214
